The Trust may modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time, by updating this posting or the information on the Website, and without prior notice to you.The Trust is an intergovernmental insurance risk-sharing pool, owned by its Members and organized as a non-profit entity under Rhode Island State General Laws § 45-5-20.1, which allows The Trust to exist and offer comprehensive risk management and insurance to Rhode Island’s local governmental entities. By virtue of the State enabling legislation allowing it to exist, The Trust is focused exclusively on Rhode Island public sector entities; no other type of business interest can be pursued. The Trust offers Property, Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Group Life, Health and Dental insurance coverage and an OPEB trust for qualified local governmental entities only
